Beautiful, stunning black moonstone spheres. Pictures cannot do these stones justice. They are gorgeous. Very high quality and well made. Just what I wanted. Thank you!
Shop was very helpful and informative. Fairy box is lovely and magical and useful for charging. All in all, a wonderful experience. Thanks.☺️💖🧚🏾
This item which was in same box but wrapped in a different wrapping survived.
Unfortunately, the lapis lazuli necklace came with the golden pendant at the end broken off. After emailing the company, I have yet to receieve an email regarding replacement or even acknowledgement of the email. I thought this would have been a seamless purchase, but its not
Hi Alex, I'm very sorry the necklace was damaged in transit. We take great care to inspect and securely package every piece before it leaves us, so I'm always disappointed when something arrives damaged despite those precautions.
I do want to clarify the response timeline, as your review states that you had not received an acknowledgment. Your message was received Thursday at 4:14 PM, and I responded Friday morning at 10:01 AM with an apology and a resolution. I provided a prepaid return shipping label and offered your choice of a replacement necklace or a full refund once the damaged necklace was returned.
Your return is now on its way back to me, and I'll take care of your requested resolution as soon as it arrives.
I'm sorry this purchase didn't go as expected, but I always want my customers to know that if there is ever a problem with an order, I will do my best to make it right.
